Meet the Filmmaker
Hayley Marie Norman is an actor, writer, filmmaker, and LA native. The Errand, which she wrote and stars in, is her directorial debut. Hayley was first discovered at seven years old when she was spotted in a restaurant by supermodel Cindy Crawford. Hayley has built an impressive career over the past two decades, most recently recurring on NBC’s Kenan opposite Kenan Thompson, as well as season four of Peacock’s A.P. Bio alongside Glenn Howerton.Previous credits include Hulu’s Dollface, Chris Rock’s Toronto Film Festival selection Top Five, Netflix’s The Upshaws, Fox’s New Girl, IFC’s Comedy Bang! Bang!, BET’s The Game, Adam Ruins Everything, CW’s iZombie, and Peter Berg’s Hancock. Roger Ebert praised her in the cult cheerleading comedy Fired Up as “the most intriguing member of the cast.” As a host and digital creator, she’s garnered millions of views for her series for Hip Hop Official, guest hosted Access Hollywood, and appeared on Freeform’s Black People Like. Hayley’s lore includes being a fan favorite briefcase model on NBC’s hit gameshow Deal Or No Deal. On the writing side, Hayley co-produced the critically acclaimed web series Hello Cupid that relied heavily on her comedic improvisation.
